Enjoy FREE Secured Tracked Shipping across West Malaysia for orders over RM89. For orders under RM89, a shipping fee of RM7 applies. All packages are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Georgetown, Penang.

For East Malaysia, enjoy FREE shipping for orders above RM129. A RM14 shipping fee applies to orders below RM129.

Where does UNDR ship?

We currently ship only to Malaysia and Singapore. Worldwide shipping is coming soon.

When exactly will I receive my order?

Place your order online, and we’ll process it promptly. Your package will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of receiving it to allow us sufficient time to file a claim with the carrier.
