Ordering & Payment
Our full collection of products is available on UNDR website. You can order any products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and following the instructions to complete your purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes upon completion of payment.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

- FPX (Internet Banking)

SHIPPING
Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will be processed and ship out from our warehouse in 1-3 business days.
West Malaysia: We offer free shipping on orders above RM89.
East Malaysia: We offer free shipping on orders above RM139.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can view your order and track its shipping status anytime through the shipping email.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to Malaysia and Singapore.
If you’ve provided the wrong address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order details, and we'll do our best to update your address before the order is shipped.
Please note that the shipping address can only be updated before the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Returns
We accept returns only for incorrect items sent or defective products.
Please note that all claims will be evaluated at the discretion of UNDR. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any claims if returns are deemed excessive or if we believe the policy is being manipulated or abused.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, providing photographic evidence of the issue.

We accept exchanges for incorrect sizes, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
If you ordered a 2-pack or more and opened 1 pack, you may exchange the remaining 2 unopened packs only.
Due to the intimate nature of undergarments and hygiene concerns, opened packages cannot be returned.
